This proposed 125 acre commercial resort is located in the City of Simi Valley. The property is relatively isolated, situated among rolling hills, oak trees and sandstone rock outcroppings indicative of the Santa Susana Mountains. The development will result in a planned commercial and resort style site that includes a new two-story hotel building with 105 units and 2 levels of subterranean parking, a total of 59 single, duplex, and triplex buildings with 98 casitas vacation units, restaurant(s), swimming pools, conference center, recreation facilities, spas, wellness center with 16 rehab rooms, equestrian uses, administration, service buildings, main villa, accessory out-buildings and a helipad for VIP guest.

Highlands Ranch, ND
A 500 Acres Estate Lot Development, located in a picturesque mountain range of North Dakota, complete with stunning views and breathtaking landscapes. Minimum lot size is one acre with two acre view lots surrounding the upper tiers of the site. Historic Echo Park Hiking Trail
We are proud to have been able to participate in the design and construction staking of a portion of the Artis – Echo Pack Historic Hiking Trail that traverses through the hills of the Los Angeles Area. Included is a photo of the ribbon cutting ceremony for Echo Parks new Trail head – Councilman O’Farrell worked for years to get this public space for the neighborhood. Mixed Use – Commercial and Residential development of 298 unit residential apartments with subterranean parking. Commercial uses include a retail grocery store, restaurants and renovation of the existing Historical Sunkist Office Building. Four condo airspace lots are proposed as part of the master plan while including much need private open space area with Liner Parks in compliance with the LA River Revitalization Master Plan.
Hardison Historical Home Site
56 Custom Homes situated on 19 acres in the City of Santa Paula on the historical site known as the Hardison House. The project will include the renovation of the historical Hardison House that was originally completed in 1884 and was the home of Wallace L. Hardison and his family. Mr. Hardison is remembered primarily for being a co-founder of both the Union Oil and the Limoneira Companies. The house style is a Victorian Era Farmhouse which will set the theme for the development incorporating this historical house as the center point of the development.
